The RFID news today is about Disney and their “next generation” technology project. Whenever a top company announces they are working on a major initiative that could radically transform the theme-park experience, it gets my attention. How about you?

I’m going to share with you the link to read more if you like, but let me make a brief observation. RFID tracking of movement will provide ways to create a better experience at Disney, but it is not without drawbacks.

You will enter a world where everything you do there will be tracked, recorded, and reported. Will it be a microcosm of the world we now live in?

Will you accept the positive results of that information or reel against it? As technology moves rapidly we will be challenged. Once thing for sure, it is moving forward fast.
