Latest RFID Reader for RFID Inventory Management System

By: jackpan

DAILY RFID ( www.rfid-in-china.com ) has released their latest RFID reader DL5510 HF RFID reader for RFID inventory management system.

The HF RFID Reader DL5510 enables entire trays of tagged item to be simultaneously scanned into an RFID-enabled inventory management system. Not only does it eliminate the need for individual scanning and reduce inaccuracies of inventory; it also makes the inventory simple.

Using advanced anti-collision algorithm, the integrated DL5510 RFID devices allow tag processing speed of 30~50pcs/s. And multi information of the inventory can be read from RFID tags can be read at the same time even if several items are in a stack. Thus, it can read hundreds of pieces of items attached with RFID tags in seconds.

This HF RFID Reader DL5510 is engineered to provide a read range up to 60cm, basing on a spcecial HF RFID Antenna DL5510. And the integrated RFID devices DL5510 have been successfully used in inventory management rfid applications such as jewelry management and library managemet solutions.

Hospitals need ways to control assets in all areas of operation. Minimizing costs of operations and supply chain either directly or indirectly is a primary aspect of business.

If you are looking for a better way, you might consider a new way to those track assets.

A RFID tagging system that is tracked by a inventory management software program will take you out of the dark ages.

Are you tired of your staff taking so much time checking inventory manually? Why not get a more modern way to track your assets.

Inventory Management is a highly complex and it is based on fundamental principles.

To be efficient, its important to link the management of all inventory to other operations within your hospital.

This can be done with the Wyze-Scan Cath Lab Inventory Management System from Matrix Product Development.

Don’t miss out on an opportunity to modernize your inventory procedures.

Effective management inventory can free up valuable staff time to help save lives.

We would like to hear from you today.

The RFID news today is about Disney and their “next generation” technology project. Whenever a top company announces they are working on a major initiative that could radically transform the theme-park experience, it gets my attention. How about you?

I’m going to share with you the link to read more if you like, but let me make a brief observation. RFID tracking of movement will provide ways to create a better experience at Disney, but it is not without drawbacks.

You will enter a world where everything you do there will be tracked, recorded, and reported. Will it be a microcosm of the world we now live in?

Will you accept the positive results of that information or reel against it? As technology moves rapidly we will be challenged. Once thing for sure, it is moving forward fast.

Using the phone as an RFID Reader allows the iPhone to interact with RFID-enabled objects in the real world. Check out this prototype from a Norwegian research organization called Touch, using the iPhone as a Media Player:

Its already here. Presented at a Las Vegas Tech show. Click here->  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=26MB4XciEX0.

So what does this mean for your privacy? Will it interfere or protect us ?

With all the news on the recent airline concerns, there seems to be a rush to find more tech stuff to solve the problem. We know RFID tags can solve many tracking issues but does it mess with your privacy?

The jury is out on that for the moment. You decide.

Here a Matrix Product Development we see so many advantages to technology advancements to make you life easier.

Read the RFID journal and other media, you can get information on improvements in the following categories:

    Supply Chain Management
    Retail Inventory Management
    Tracking Costly Inventory like Art
    Tracking Warehouse Product Movement
    Animal ID Systems
Costly Cath Lab Inventory within Hospitals
    Hand Wash Monitoring for Healthcare

And the list goes on. But when it comes to ID’s for individuals, there is concern by some. Can you live with it? Or is

We have the ability to track products, animals, and just about anything. Applying it to passports and other ID cards are already in use.

We find it exciting to apply new technologies to make your life easier especially when it comes to taking inventory of tracking assets. We would like to hear from you.

You know there is always story behind what we think is brand new. If you are inquisitive like me, read on.

Some say it was early invention of an espionage tool for the Soviet Union that started in all. It was some kind of resonator that modulated a radio frequency used for covert listening.

Latter a transponder was invented to identify aircraft. Was the air plane friend or foe?

In 1973 a patent was issued. It’s purpose was to be used to identify autos so they could collect a toll on the highway. I always look for the “Follow the Money” reasons because thats a strong motive.

In 1983 the largest use of RFID began with the US Department of Defense use in tagging containers that travelled outside of the United States.

At around the same time, Ron Pulvermacher (Matrix Product Development) began working with passive RFID systems for dairy farms. It was used to manage the ever increasing herd sizes. Cows were fitted with neck collars with low frequency 134 KHz RFID tags. The tags were read by readers placed at strategic locations within the dairy.

That answers the question... “Where’s the Beef?”... doesn’t it?

Latter, the RFID technology migrated into leg mounted, active pedometers, creating a smart sensor to report the footstep activity of the cow. It help predict estrus, improving conception rate. All this to get you and I more beef on our plates.

Now you can look at your automatic garage door to find the use of active RFID tags. It controls the opening and closing. And that makes our lives easier.

You can see that we didn’t invent RFID technology, but Ron Pulvermacher and his team know how to find new applications to make your life easier.

Once you experience how easy tagging your most important assets and costly inventory is, you’ll wonder how you ever managed without it.

We have applications in place to apply to your particular problem or to custom fit to your existing situation. We would like to hear from you.

It appears that each physician has certain preferences. Sharing this information with the physicians and associates before the next case, will result in inventory improvements.

When your team is able to see what case is coming to their room next, they are able to start pulling the supplies for the case. Knowing what preferences the physician displays will speed  response for next case.

A scheduling system  based on prior procedures aids staff in securing the proper inventory.

Why not find a system that performs that function for you?

RFID (radio-frequency identification) enable cath lab staff to track what is on the shelf in the rooms, even what’s on back order. You can even identify items that are about to expire. The Wyze-Scan Cath Lab inventory system can also provide in assistance for Physicians.

Physicians will request specific products only they will use. Inventory managers should work with physicians to understand their preferences. Working together cath lab inventory budgets will be represented of those special needs.

If a physician asks if they can use a different stent, wire, or guide catheter, you will be able to easily identify that item or offer a competitive product. Perhaps one that is less expensive or available from your group purchasing organization.

When inventory managers and physicians are able to discuss their needs, a more positive budget can be achieved. Managers can explain budget variances to physicians and ask for their support.
